Joint Sawing & Sealing
Sawing and sealing of expansion joints in asphalt and concrete is done quickly and precisely. Our state-of-the-art equipment uses non-abrasive polyureas, pre-formed neoprene, and urethanes to seal and repair joints and cracks in concrete surfaces.
This procedure is vital to any concrete job. Slab joints often crack, therefore, dirt and rocks can be embedded in the slab causing spalling when the concrete expands. Joint sealing prevents water from seeping under the slab, which can diminish the lifetime of the slab.
Joint sealing provides flexible, durable, weather-tight, and traffic resistant seal for all types of building joints, expansion joints, control joints, and perimeter joints. For application with high movement, such as airport runways and taxiways, JFR approved performance-based joint compression sealant is installed.
