Demolition

A-Core only uses cutting edge concrete demolition techniques which maximize productivity and enhances safety. We are mindful of our capabilities and our client’s limitations to provide the reassurance of zero lost time. View our article about concrete removal

Soft Demoliiton

Our demolition services do not only pertain the concrete or asphalt. We have the ability to remove sheetrock, stud walls, carpet, tile, wood flooring, ceiling tiles, etc. During most renovations or Tenant Improvements, soft demolition is required to get everything removed so, builders have the ability or access to install new materials.

Hard Demolition

What A-Core is known for! The demolition process for concrete, brick, block, bridges, dams, etc. A-Core can break concrete better than the rest with our extensive knowledge, experience and vast equipment or tools designed to break the toughest and hardest materials.

Concrete Breaking and Removal

Concrete Cutting is the easy part of the demolition process. Breaking, removing, and hauling it off site can be daunting for most. Our crews have the equipment, trucks, and strong backs to get it out of location it was placed.

Excavation

When cutting, breaking, removing, and hauling off concrete structures, what you see is not always all there is. Concrete is poured below grade during new construction, to help hold the structure in place. We have the equipment needed to excavate the soil, to gain access to all of the concrete, allowing us to not leave any pieces uncut or left on site.

Hydro Blasting

Recently, we have added hydro blasting to our many list of services. Concrete and concrete demolition, is always evolving with newer technologies and or safer work practices. Hydro Blasting is taking standard water, running it through some pumps and shooting it out of a tiny nozzle with enough PSI to break concrete. This process may be required if engineers would like to keep the steel or rebar intact. The water will blast and chip the concrete into little pieces however, it can do so without damaging the rebar. We have successfully completed these projects, recycling the water used to help better protect our environment and limit how much water is required to complete the project.
